Our Team
The coordination of programs hosted by MSC CAMAC are lead by a team of dedicated students. The responsibility of these leaders is to ensure that the committee plans high-quality programs that have a high level of impact in the Texas A&M community. Director positions last for one academic year (summer through spring) and applications are available at the end of Spring semester or as needed.

Subcommitees
Cultural
The cultural subcommittee is in charge of programming the cultural events central to the Hispanic community such as Hispanic Heritage Month, Mis Quince Anos, Las Posadas, and Fiesta 505. Along with the development of these events, they educate the surrounding community about the importance of these traditions. For detailed information view our Events & Programs.
Education
The educational subcommittee creates new and innovative programs each year to educate the community about a variety of issues in the Hispanic community. They are also in charge of welcoming the incoming freshmen to the Texas A&M campus through their Mi Casa Su Casa program and promote the value of dancing through their annual Latino Dance Competition.
SCOLA
The SCOLA subcommittee is in charge of heading the Student Conference on Latino Affairs. The conference introduces new issues affecting the Latino community and students from all over are able to come together and discuss these issues. The members of this subcommittee work closely with agencies developing relationships, and very often are able to meet and speak to a variety of State Representatives.http://scola.tamu.edu

Student Development
The student development subcommittee is the key to MSC CAMAC’s success in building long lasting friendships. STUDS creates a community among the CAMAC’ers by arranging retreats, socials, and the end-of-year banquet. STUDS also develop the leader with in the CAMAC’er. There are various opportunities in which the members can grow as leaders through various coordinator position, which include: Historian, Membership coordinator, service, and many more.
Finance
The finance subcommittee is in charge of developing relationships with businesses and donors to aide in our progressing endowment. Through these relationships our members become leaders and they gain networking skills necessary for the business world. Along with these relationships, they also brainstorm on innovative ways to fundraise for MSC CAMAC’s two biggest events: Fiesta 505 and SCOLA.
Marketing
The marketing subcommittee is in charge of promoting all MSC CAMAC related events and programs. The CAMAC’ers creativity is what carries this subcommittee to succeed in their tasks. The members of this subcommittee also develop relationships among University leaders to maximize the attendance in all our events. There are also leadership opportunities: SCOLA Marketing Coordinator and Fiesta 505 Coordinator.
