MSC CAMAC - You Must Be the Change You Wish To See In The World!

Jenny Herrera

Howdy!
My name is Jenny Herrera and I’m a senior Sociology major from Baytown, TX…but more importantly I’m the Administrative Director for MSC CAMAC and the proudest member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2008! A-WHOOP!!!

I’m a really random person that’s full of surprises. My biggest problem is that I smile too much, sometimes by myself, but I guess it’s ok because it makes the people around me smile too. I act silly sometimes, but I’m really more serious than I seem. I love to dance….cumbia, corridos, salsa…you name it and I’ll probably dance to it! I care about all the little things in life because I believe they all add up and make the big picture. My favorite sayings is, “Everything happens for a reason.” Even though I’m a goof ball sometimes, my biggest passion is helping people. The truth is that I know I wouldn’t be where I am today had it not been for the help of many people I met along the way. My dream is to be a high school math teacher. My family and friends are my inspiration. I’m a huge romantic. I’m still a big kid at heart. Ghost stories at nighttime and cats both really scare me. I like hanging out at the park. My favorite “sport” is kickball. My favorite colors are bright blue and hot pink.

This is my first year in CAMAC, and I’m really excited about the upcoming year. I know that all our programs and events are going to be amazing!!!
Jenny
