Educational Programs Subcommittee
Education is an MSC CAMAC subcommittee that works vigorously to develop new, fresh programs throughout the year in order to convey knowledge or educate people about different topics. Two categories fall under the Education subcommittee, “Mi Casa Es Su Casa” and Outreach. Mi Casa Es Su Casa is a program which serves as a purpose to develop a support system for Hispanic students, especially freshmen and transfer students. It is an opportunity for Hispanic students to interact with Hispanic professors as the latter prepare a home cooked meal in their house. Outreach serves as an opportunity for MSC CAMAC to reach out to high school students and promote college awareness. |
